Hours of Operation
RafflesAmrita Spa is open daily from Monday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Treatments in the spa are available from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. If you would like to schedule a treatment after spa hours, please contact the Concierge on ext: 5302.

Arrival
Please arrive at the RafflesAmrita Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow yourself time to change, fill out your personal profile and familiarise yourself with our facilities.
Cancellation Policy
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you with one of our trained practitioners. Any cancellation short of six hours' notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Payment
RafflesAmrita Spa accepts cash and all major credit cards. Hotel guests may charge spa services and products to their room. Personal or business cheques will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Treatment packages and spa products are not exchangeable or refundable.
