While JAAN originates from the Sanskrit word meaning 'dish' or 'bowl', it is more than a one-note restaurant. Instead the menu reflects the creative harmony of several unique cuisines. The menu served tantalises with the flavours and creative harmony of modern Californian cuisine.

JAAN's design is luxurious, yet simple and serene. The main dining area features a domed ceiling with white-gold embellishments. Following Eastern philosophy, JAAN imitates nature, bringing the glory of the outside indoors.

Guests can dine or relax on the newly decorated JAAN patio around the fireplace or next to a lighted waterfall. JAAN serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and is open 6am to 11pm daily.
